Mini fudge brownies topped with dulce de leche and flakes of sea salt. These make the perfect party treats as you can easily make a huge batch and they’re a crowd favorite!

Step 1
Mix to combine your browned butter, cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla, and the 1/4 cup chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Pop in the microwave for a minute to let the chocolate bloom. Allow to cool down before adding mixing in the rest of the ingredients.
Step 2
Whisk your eggs and sugar. Add in the chocolate mixture, followed by the flour. Fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
Step 3
Divide batter into parchment-lined mini cupcake pan and bake at 325f for 12-15min. Do not overbake, you want the brownies to be fudgy and a bit underdone as they continue to bake when you take them out.
Step 4
Melt your dulce de leche (I used store bought to save on time) and transfer to a piping bag. Press down the back of a teaspoon on the brownies to create a well, and fill it with the dulce de leche. Top with sea salt and enjoy!
