Instructions
Step 1
For the base, Put the digestive biscuits in a food processor, crush the biscuits to crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl, then pour over the melted butter. Mix thoroughly until the crumbs are completely coated.
Step 2
Tip them into the prepared tin and press firmly down into the base to create an even layer. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the soft cheese until soft, add icing sugar. Mix it until the ingredients combine. Add the double cream. Mix it until all ingredients are incorporated.
Step 4
Spoon onto the biscuit base
Step 5
Chill in the fridge for 6 hours or until fully set.
Step 6
