Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the crushed biscuits
Step 2
Press into the base and sides of a pie dish and place in to a fridge to chill for approximately 30 minutes
Step 3
Whisk the remaining ingredients together until thick and creamy
Step 4
Pour over the biscuit base
Step 5
Chill for a couple of hours or overnight
Step 6
Decorate with squirty cream and sliced lime or kiwi fruit
