Deviled eggs are one of those foods that you love to see on the table around the holidays or at pot lucks. This is a classic recipe and I think it's the best deviled eggs recipe because it's so simple and delicious.

Instructions
Cook Eggs
Step 1
Place 1 cup of COLD water in the inner pot of Instant Pot for a 6 quart instant pot and 1.5 cups COLD water for an 8-quart Instant pot.
Step 2
Add in egg or steam rack and carefully set as many eggs as desired on or in the rack.
Step 3
Place lid on the pressure cooker and set for cook time for 5 minutes on high pressure.
Step 4
Once cook time has elapsed, let the pressure release for 5 minutes. Then do a quick release and carefully remove eggs from Instant Pot and place in ice water bath.
Step 5
Let eggs sit in water bath for 5 minutes.
Filling
Step 6
Peel eggs. Cut the eggs in half and add the cooked yolks to a bowl.
Step 7
Next, mash the yolks with a fork until they are crumbly.
Step 8
Add the mustard, mayonnaise, and salt and mix well.
Step 9
Scoop the mixture into a baggie and snip off one corner.
Step 10
Squeeze the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
Step 11
Sprinkle paprika on top and serve.
