Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160°C and line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.


Step 2
Heat a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Cook onion and bacon for 5 minutes or until soft. Transfer to a large bowl. Add zucchini, eggs, almond meal, cheese and chives. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.


Step 3
Spoon into prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Cool slightly and cut into 12 squares. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.
