Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2
For Pumpkin Pie filling: Combine 1/3 cup Swerve brown sugar, 15 oz pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, & 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.









Step 3
Whisk until thoroughly combined

Step 4
For crust: Combine the 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup Swerve powdered sugar, melted butter and 12 g of water and spread evenly across your pie pan





Step 5
Add pumpkin pie filling to the top
Step 6
Put in oven for 50 minutes at 375 degrees
