Ingredients
8 servings
32 ozfrozen peaches
or fresh
1 sticksalted butter
1 cuplight brown sugar
½ cupgranulated sugar
1 Tbspground cinnamon
¼ tspground nutmeg
0.5lemon
2 tsppure vanilla extract
For the crust
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
OvenPreheat
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 stick butter
Step 3
Add frozen peaches
Step 4
After the peaches begin breaking down, add the remaining ingredients for the peach filling
Step 5
Stir and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes until peaches have softened some
Step 6
Remove from heat and set aside
Step 7
Melt 1/2 stick salted and 1/2 stick unsalted butter in a baking dish
Step 8
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the crust
Step 9
Pour batter on top of the melted butter
Step 10
Spoon peach filling on top of the batter
Step 11
Pour the remaining juices from the peach filling directly on top
Step 12
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture
Step 13
Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown
