Instructions
Step 1
Cut margerine into dry ingredients and mix in like bread crumbs. Mix together lemon juice and water. Add to flour and margerine mixture and mix through with a knife to a soft dough. Do not overmix. Wrap in plastic bag and refrigerate for 20-30min. Roll out pastry and cut into desired shapes. Bake for 10 minutes in 180°C oven or till pale in colour.
