Ingredients
4 servings

1 tablespoonolive oil

1onion
finely chopped

2 teaspoonsminced garlic

2 cupschicken
cooked rotisserie works great

1 ½ teaspoonsground cumin

1 teaspoonground coriander

1 teaspoonsalt

½ teaspoonpepper

4 cupschicken broth

1 x 4 ouncecan green chiles
drained

2 x 15 ouncecans white beans
such as great northern beans drained and rinsed
Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken to slow cooker
Step 2
Top with seasonings
Step 3
Add onion, garlic, beans, chiles, corn, cilantro and chicken broth
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
Step 5
Remove chicken to a plate and shred, then return to slow cooker
Step 6
Add cream cheese and half and half
Step 7
Cover and cook on high 15 minutes
Step 8
Serve and enjoy!
