Honestly, pretty much any liquid can be used for this. The concept is just making a hot gelatin liquid and having it solidify immediately when it contacts the dry ice

Step 1
In saucepan weigh out coconut water, then bring to a boil
Step 2
Add 1% of coconut water weight and blue food coloring
Step 3
Pour over dry ice so it gelatinizes immediately
