Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter and cheese in microwave
Step 2
Pour potatoes into large tub and break up chunks.
Step 3
Sprinkle salt pepper and onion over potatoes and mix with gloved hands.
Step 4
Mix sour cream in mixer until creamy. Pour over potatoes and mix well.
Step 5
Mix soup in mixer until creamy and por over potatoes. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour melted butter/cheese mixture into potatoes and mix well.
Step 7
Transfer to roaster insert.
Step 8
Cooked on low for 2 hrs.
