Smoked Deviled Eggs

Instructions

Step 1
Start a large pan of boiling water. Add eggs and let boil for 14 minutes.
Step 2
Turn off heat and transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool for 15 minutes. Peel the shells.
Step 3
Cut eggs length wise and put yolks into a large dish. Place white halves off to the side.
Step 4
In your dish with the yolks, mix in the onions, celery, mayo, mustard, hot sauce, liquid smoke, relish, lemon juic. Blend together well using a fork. Add salt to taste.
Step 5
Pipe your mixture into the egg white halves and top with paprika. I let the mixture chill in the fridge over night to give the flavors time to marinate itself and thicken a bit. Enjoy!
