Strawberry Banana Cream Cheesecake

Step 1

Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper

Step 2

Combine the Nilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter in mixing bowl

Step 3

Press mixer into prepared baking dish

Step 4

Place in refrigerator to chill

Using hand mixer whip heavy cream and sugar until stiff peak form. Then set aside

In large bowl beat cream cheese until smooth

Step 7

Add pudding mix and beat until combined. Fold in whipped cream until smooth

Step 8

Pour cream cheese filling evenly into the chilled crust

Step 9

Cover and refrigerate until cool.

Garnish with whipped cream, banana and strawberry slices
