Banana Cream Cups (no-bake)

My quick and easy version of banana pudding/cheesecake with two layers of Nilla wafers, banana slices, and delicious cream cheese frosting. The perfect treat for a party!

Instructions

Step 1
Using a stand mixer or a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 2
Gradually add your cold heavy cream while mixing on low. Once it’s incorporated, increase speed to medium-high and continue to whip the frosting until it has a thickly and fluffy consistency you can pipe or spread.
Step 3
Transfer cream cheese frosting into a pipping bag fitted with a medium piping nozzle.
Step 4
Slice your bananas and begin to assemble. I used a 3oz round dessert cup that I got from Amazon. Place a mini Nilla wafer on the bottom, followed by a banana slice, and then the cream cheese frosting. Repeat for another layer, and top with a single Nilla wafer.
