Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200c/190c fan. Place a large saucepan of water on the hob and boil.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut into chunks and put in the saucepan to boil. Place the chipolatas on a baking tray and put in the oven, after 10 minutes place the black pudding on the same tray. At the same time place the Streaky bacon on a separate baking tray. Return both trays to the oven.
Step 3
Cut the mushrooms in half and fry over a low heat in a little oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
When the chipolatas have browned, the black pudding has cooked and the bacon is crispy remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes and add 4tbsp brown sauce,grate the cheese and add to the mashed potato.
Step 5
Using a pair of kitchen scissors snip the chipolatas, black pudding and bacon into bite sized pieces, place into a large deep oven proof dish. Add the mushrooms and pour over the tins of beans, mix together well.
Step 6
Top the mixture with the mashed potato and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mashed potato has started to brown and crisp.
Step 7
Remove from the oven. Cut the tomatoes in half and grill until cooked, fry the eggs. Use a large spoon to serve portions of the pie along with a fried egg on the top and the grilled tomatoes.
