For the roasting tin:
8pork sausages
3sweet potatoes
cut into chunky wedges
2red onions
6 clovesgarlic
4 tspsmoked paprika
olive oil
salt

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Steam the sweet potato for 10 minutes before adding to the tray.
Step 3
In a large roasting tin, toss the sausages, sweet potato wedges, red onions, garlic and smoked paprika with the olive oil. Season well with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and roast for 50 minutes until the sweet potato is cooked through, and sausages sticky and slightly burnt.
Step 5
Put the vegetables in a steamer and turn on 15 minutes before the roasting tin is ready.
