Instructions

Step 1
First thing you do is add vinegar to the 1/2 cup milk and leave to stand for 5 minutes

Next Make sure your oven is preheating to 200 C

Add your flour, baking powder, salt, to a bowl. Give it a good whisk to ensure baking powder is fully incorporated into the flower
Step 4
Add in your cheese and chopped spring onions.
Step 5
Once your milk has curdled pop it into the mix. Add in the olive and stir until your dough starts clumping together.
Step 6
Give your dough a liight kneading and shape it into a round.Cut into 8 wedges, then place on a baking tray. Brush some almond milk or any other plant milk over the top.
Step 7
Pop into a hot oven for about 20 to 25 minutesminutes.
