DRY INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ cupsalmond flour
super fine
5 Tbsppsyllium husks
or 4 tbsp psyllium fiber powder
1 Tbspnutritional yeast
1 tspsea salt
½ tspxanthum gum
WET INGREDIENTS
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients minus the rapid rise yeast in a large bowl.
Step 3
2. Bring the water to a boil and add it and start the mixing process until liquid is incorporated.
Step 4
Add egg whites, vinegar, and the rapid rise yeast and continue to mix well allowing the dry ingredients to absorb the liquid. About two minutes.
Step 5
3. Moisten hands and form dough into 6 buns, rolls or shape of choice ie; pizza crust.
Step 6
Bake on middle rack in oven for 50-60 minutes.
Step 7
Depending on the size of your bread, they're done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun.
Step 8
5. Serve with all your favorite toppings and fillings.
