Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Lightly coat 4 X 8 inch loaf pan with spray. Set aside.
Step 3
Combine bananas, oil, egg and extract in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Step 4
Combine flour, almond flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl. mix well.
Step 5
Add banana mixture to flour mixture. Mix until smooth batter forms.
Step 6
Place batter into loaf pan. Cook for 35-45 minutes. Toothpick should come out clean.
