Instructions

Step 1
Crush the digestive in a large bowl with the end of a rolling pin, it doesn’t matter that they are not evenly crushed

Add chocolate butter and golden syrup to a glass bowl and melt over a saucepan of hot water stirring Once melted add the digestives, marshmallows, raisins and stir to mix thoroughlyconstantly
Step 3

Line a baking tin approx 18cm x 23cm with cling film (hanging enough over the sides to cover the cake when in the fridge)
Step 5
Add the mixture into the tin, press firmly to approx 2cm thick, Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for at least one hour
Step 6
Once hard, cut into 16 pieces (you will want to hide half for later!)
