Instructions

Step 1
Crust: pulse 2 c flour with 2/3 c butter and 1 egg until consistency of coarse sand. Press into 9x13 pan. Filling: mix rhubarb, 2 c sugar, and 4 eggs. Pour over crust. Topping: pulse 1 c sugar, 1 c flour and 1/2 cup butter until it is blended. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 for 50 to 75 min until topping browns.
