1 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)

1 cup Canadian buttermilk
Step 6
1 cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

¾ cup brown sugar

1 egg
Step 12
¼ cup melted Canadian butter

1 cup blueberries, fresh or

frozen (not thawed)

INSTRUCTIONS

• Mix oatmeal and Canadian buttermilk. Set aside.

• Mix dry ingredients.
Step 18
• Add egg and Canadian butter to oatmeal mixture.
Step 19
• Mix in dry ingredients.
Step 20
• Fold in blueberries.
Step 21
• Scoop equally into muffin pan cups.
Step 22
• Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 15-22 minutes.
