This is the recipe I’ve been making for over 25 years! It’s good! Even though I now eat low carb, I still put dried cranberries in my chicken salad! To lower the carbs, I use the lower sugar version, less of them, and chop them into smaller pieces to distribute them throughout. Try this recipe... you will LOVE it!

Step 1
Add chopped chicken, pecans, celery, and cranberries to medium bowl. Add seasonings and mix well to combine. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Refrigerator for two hours for flavors to meld.
