“Pumpkin” Dip

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer EXCEPT 2 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Step 2
Lay out a large piece of Saran Wrap
Step 3
Spread the cheese on top
Step 4
Shape the cream cheese mixture into a baking and roll it in the shredded cheese
Step 5
Pull the plastic wrap up over the cheese mixture into a ball. Use cooking twine or rubber bands and use it to make lines in the cheese ball to look like pumpkin lines.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1 hour at least, or overnight
Step 7
Use a bell pepper stem to decorate the top of the cheese ball. Serve with crackers and veggies
