Ingredients

For Chicken
2 lbChicken Wings
thawed
2 tablespoonsbaking powder
½ teaspoonpaprika
1 teaspooncayenne
2 teaspoonchili powder
2 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonpepper
For Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Step 2
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Place a cooling rack on the baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and set aside.
Step 3
Add baking powder, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, garlic powder, and pepper to a large bowl and whisk together. Cut chicken and dry chicken. Toss to coat.
Step 4
Arrange chicken on the rack in a single layer where pieces are not touching each other.
Step 5
Place pan in oven and cook chicken at 250°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, do not open the oven door. Turn temperature up to 425°F and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
Step 7
After 20 minutes, rotate the chicken and cook an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is crispy and lightly browned.
Sauce
Step 8
When chicken has about 10-15 minutes left, add sauce and butter to a small saucepan and heat on LOW until butter is melted, stirring frequently.
Step 9
Toss with chicken and serve!
