Instructions
Step 1
Set Instant Pot to sauté. Cook ground beef until slightly crisped and browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté onion, garlic, and spices. Add chicken stock, fish sauce, soy sauce, and cocoa powder. Pour in beans and crushed tomatoes.
Step 3
Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Cook for another few minutes over medium heat if too runny. Add brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
