Instructions

Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F

Step 2
Combine the flour and coconut nut flour for pretzels in food processor, adding the Greek yogurt last
Step 3
When it forms a dough ball split into 32 pieces
Step 4
Boil/microwave water until hot then add baking soda
Step 5
Soak pretzels for 30 seconds then transfer to the air fryer
Step 6
Spray with non stick spray, add salt and cook for 400 degrees F for 6 minutes

For the cheese sauce

Step 7
Add skim milk, nutritional yeast, flour and cheeses to small sauce pan until it bubbles then remove
