Ingredients
12 servings

1 cupgraham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoonssugar

3 tablespoonsbutter
or margarine, melted
5 x 8 ouncesFILLING Cream Cheese
packages, softened

3 tablespoonsflour

1 cupSour Cream
or KNUDSEN

5eggs

1 cupsugar

1 tablespoonvanilla
Instructions
Step 1
CRUST MIX crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform
Step 2
Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes if using a silver springform pan.
Step 3
(Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes if using a dark nonstick springform pan.)
Step 4
FILLING MIX cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Step 5
Blend in sour cream.
Step 6
Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended.
Step 7
Pour over crust.
Step 8
BAKE at 325°F for 65 to 70 minutes or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan.
Step 9
(Bake at 300°F for 65 to 70 minutes if using a dark nonstick springform pan.
Step 10
Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of
