Instructions

Step 1
Season and brown the ground beef in a skillet. Once it’s browned, add the gravy. Cut the biscuits (“scones”) into quarters.
Step 2
Layer each ingredient into a casserole dish in a single layer: mashed potatoes (Bob Evans), ground beef & gravy, peas & corn, salt & pepper, press the biscuit quarters in (not too far), then top with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake uncovered at 350°F until the biscuits puff up and turn golden brown and everything is heated through, 15-20 minutes.
