Cheesy Tater Tot Poutine

Since I only made this for me, I was able to eat this three times because I had leftovers! Absolutely delicious!

Adding garlic, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning made vast improvement to the flavor. Extra cheese is always a good thing.

Everyone loved it! Even my super picky kids. Everyone got seconds. I made the gravy with BOU gravy cubes. It would be even better with home made gravy.

Comfort food...it was really good! Modifications I did: *I baked the tots for about 15-20 minutes in a 13x9 baking dish, *I combined the cooked hamburger with the gravy before adding to the tots and cheese, *I used extra cheese in the middle and on the top, *The second bake was for 10 minutes instead of 5.

Easy and filling, our son loved it.

It was ok but the gravy kind of took over the whole thing.. maybe a pepper gravy would be good... Will cook again
