Some might call is a goulash, but this is what my grandmother called it when she made it for me. You can double all the ingredients and works great!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Brown ground beef, adding salt, pepper, garlic and onion when halfway browned. Drain as needed. (Recommend 90/10 from Sams, never needs draining)
Step 3
Add taco seasoning packet and 3/4 cup water (per taco packet), stir into ground beef. When done, set aside.
Step 4
While beef is cooking, start cooking mac and cheese noodles as per box instructions. Add salt to water while noodles are cooking. Should take around 10 minutes.
Step 5
In large casserole dish or dutch oven, combine beef, cream of mushroom, tomato soup, Rotel and cooked noodles.
Step 6
Add either cheese packet from mac or 1/2 box Velveeta to mix. Still well until melted.
Step 7
Cook in oven at 350 for 30 minutes.
Step 8
When done, remove and let sit for 5 minutes.
