Step 1
Mix molasses and water in large saucepan over low heat. Bring to boil, remove from heat, add fruuits and stir well. Cream butter and sugar, blend in eggs one at a time. Mix together flour, soda and spices. Add flour mixture alternately with brandy. Add fruit and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees till done.
