Instructions

Prep Ingredients

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F with racks in the upper and lower thirds. Halve onion and cut into ½-inch thick wedges. Cut broccoli into ½-inch pieces, if necessary. Grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest into a small bowl; cut lemon into wedges.

Cook Veggies

Step 2
Toss broccoli, lemon wedges, and onions on a rimmed baking sheet with 3 tablespoons oil and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Bake on lower oven rack until veggies are tender and just starting to brown, flipping halfway through cooking time, 20–25 minutes.

Prep Fish and Make Aioli

Step 3
While veggies cook, pat fish dry. Drizzle each filet with oil and season with salt, pepper, and about 1 teaspoon paprika. To bowl with lemon zest, add ¼ cup mayo, 3 teaspoons water, and a pinch each of salt and pepper. Stir to combine; set aside until ready to serve.

Cook Fish and Serve

Step 4
Add fish to a second rimmed baking sheet. Bake on upper oven rack until cooked through, 5–7 minutes. Serve paprika-spiced tilapia with lemon aioli drizzled over top and with roasted veggies and lemon wedges alongside. Enjoy!
