Instructions

Step 1
Turn instant pot to sauté mode. Once heated add olive oil and onion. Then sauté for 1 minute.
Step 2
Add in minced garlic, spices and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Step 3
Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatos and drained + rinsed cans of beans, veggie broth, and pasta.
Step 4
Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. Once completed immediately release steam valve and open.
Step 5
Slowly mix in freshly grated cheddar cheese until it is fully combined. The longer you stir the better the cheese will mix into a sauce. For best results do not use pre-shredded.
