Instant Pot White Chicken Chili Recipe

Very nice and creamy soup that is also good in meat to vegetable ratio especially creamy

Very easy, claire and lucas recipe. Needs time to cook tho

Not necessary to have onion. 1Tbsp onion powder = 1 med onion

Used Violife dairy free cream cheese and it melted perfectly in the instant pot.

This chili was super easy and delicious. We sort of improvised since we didn't have quite everything for seasoning or the cream cheese, but it was still great!

We forgot the ranch, but I still thought it was really good. We doubled it and didn’t have room for 2 cans of corn so we just used one. I would double and freeze in super cubes.

Used chicken thighs instead of breasts and frozen corn instead of canned. Also subbed some of the cream cheese for some heavy whipping cream that I added after cooking. Yummy!

This is a very regular dish in my diet, so easy to make and so delicious! I like to season with cajun seasoning.

Add extra chili and a little extra cumin or maybe my spices are old. 1 pckt of ranch seasoning is 3 tbsp

Note for my husband: Omit corn & triple spices in the recipe (double garlic and cayenne) Also, omit ranch seasoning and add our homemade mix that includes dried parsley, chives, oregano or even use the za'atar!

Delish. Used this to finish off some freezer burnt chicken breast and it worked great

Used kidney beans instead of white beans very tasty with little effort.

This was a hit! Main issue is it took way longer than expected since the insta pot took 20-30 minutes just to pressurize before cooking.

Add more spices than called for. This is very bland. I used 3 TBSP of chili powder and 1.5 TBSP cumin plus others

Love love love love love. Even my picky kids ate it. I upped the spice to a half tablespoon each and added garlic to the mix. Served over jalapeno corn bread with a garnish of cheddar cheese and cilantro.

Delicious and really easy. I added cayenne because I like a lot of spice. I also used 3 smaller, prepackaged chicken breasts. Worked great.

Always a hot with the family

A great baseline chicken chili recipe. Very easy but a little sweet, most likely from leaving the canned corn liquid as directed. Next time I’ll likely drain that and use chicken broth in its place, as well as offset that with a little vinegary hot sauce or lime juice to finish.

Simple to make and great flavors. Definitely would make again. Less meat, more moisture.

Everyone loved this dish including my son. Great week night dinner. Easy and quick to make. We topped it with pepper jack cheese and chives.
