Step 1
Marinate fish slices and ginger slices in hua tiao for 30 mins or more
Heat up oil add marinated ginger then garlic then white scallions
Add in fish and stir fry till scallions starts to turn brown Add in water then add seasoning and allow fish to simmer till it boils Add 2tsp corn flour in 2tbs water to thicken sauce once it starts to thicken add scallion greens
Pour over ginger flavour wine then remove off heat
