Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350° press sugar cookie dough into 8 inch round pan (use parchment paper to remove easily) Bake for 25- 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. For the filling combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in mixer. Top cooled crust with filling. Then top with your desired fruit and arrange it to your liking. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
