Ingredients

1 lbbeef
shaved or thinly sliced
4 cupsbeef broth
5 Tbsbutter
1 TbsAll-Purpose seasoning
1 cupsliced mushrooms
1white onion
lg, chopped
3celery stalks
chopped
1bell pepper
chopped
½ Tbschicken bullion
½ Tbskosher salt
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspolive oil
1 Tbsworcestershire sauce
3 ozcream cheese
1 cupheavy cream
½ Tbskosher salt
4 ozprovolone cheese
sharp
4 ozmozzarella cheese
6 ozcheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add beef to stock pot and brown
Step 2
Once browned, drain and add Sincerely Legenia seasoning & cook for an additional 2 minutes
Step 3
Remove from skillet into a pan or plate and set aside
Step 4
Add olive oil and butter to pot.
Step 5
Once melted add mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, celery and salt.
Step 6
Cook until veggies are tender remembering to stir often
Step 7
Next, stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and chicken buillion. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 10 minutes
Step 8
Add heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer on low and uncovered until cream cheese melts.
Step 9
Once cream cheese melts, turn heat off and add your provalone, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
