Crockpot Pork Chops and Gravy

Ingredients

4boneless pork sirloin

8pork chops
large, thick

2 x 10.5 ozcan cream of chicken soup

1 packetau jus gravy mix

2 packetsranch seasoning
1 spicy 1 regular

1 packetbeef gravy mix
homestyle

1 cupchicken broth

worcestershire sauce

soy sauce

1 tsppepper

pork seasoning

seasoning

garlic powder

onion powder

¼ tsppowdered cayenne pepper

2 Tbspcorn starch

2 Tbspwater
Instructions
Step 1
Add the cream of chicken soup, seasoning packets, black & red pepper, and chicken broth to a bowl, and whisk together.
Step 2
Add the pork chops to the slow cooker. season each layer with worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Tony's, pork seasoning
Step 3
Pour the gravy mixture over the pork chops.
Step 4
Cover with the slow cooker lid and set the cooker on eight hours.
Step 5
In about 7 hours, check consistency. If too thin - mix the cornstarch and water. Add to the slow cooker. Replace cover and cook for half an hour more.
Step 6
Remove lid, and use a fork to pull apart pork chops. They should easily fall apart. Remove bones if not boneless and dispose of them.
Step 7
Add pork to rice and cover with gravy.
