"Big Mac" Salad

Talk about a sexy salad! This is one of our favorite meals and a go to when we're looking for something quick, healthy and satisfying. If you're craving fast food, this salad definitely fills that need and doesn't give you that feeling of regret afterwards!

Instructions

Hamburger Bake

Step 1
Preheat Oven to 375
Step 2
Mix hamburger meat evenly with 1 tbsp of the thousand Island dressing and sprinkle with onion powder
Step 3
Spread the hamburger meat mixture out on the bottom of your baking pan.
Step 4
Slice the pickles into small bite size pieces. and sprinkle on top of the hamburger.
Step 5
Sprinkle the cheese on top of the hamburger and pickles.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 Minutes
Step 7
Once the hamburger bake is done, remove it from the oven and cut into 3 sections

Salad

Step 8
Mix the lettuce and tomatoes in your mixing bowl.

Plating

Step 9
Fill each bowl with an even amount of the lettuce & tomato mixture.
Step 10
Top each bowl with 1/3 of the hamburger bake. Feel free to break up the mixture and spread it around the top of the salad. This will make it easier to eat.
Step 11
Drizzle each bowl with the remainder of the Thousand Island dressing. TIP: dilute the dressing with water or lemon juice to make a little go a lot further and drizzle easier!
Step 12
Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly on the top of each bowl.
