I also added bacon and egg.

I cooked with ready-made sauce (store bought). I added anchovies and everything else. I like it when there is a lot of sauce in the salad.

Need more than a little gem, and much less ciabatta into the bowl

Added crispy bacon and boiled egg.

Used rotisserie chicken for ease. Replaced white wine vinegar with red vine vinegar and added some lemon to the dressing. Skipped anchovies since I'm not a fan. Used airfryer for crouton which worked really well!

Don't use 2 tins of anchovies and full fat mayo
