Instructions
Step 1
Assemble all ingredients
Step 2
Grind the flaxseed to flour consistency and add the water. Mix and set aside for 5 minutes to activate.
Step 3
Whisk the tahini and white sesame milk together.
Step 4
Mash the banana and add the tahini - sesame milk mix.
Step 5
Add the flax egg and vinegar.
Step 6
Measure all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
Step 7
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet mix. Fold together carefully.
Step 8
Divide the mix into muffin tray.
Step 9
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180c / 350f
