A middle eastern semolina cake it is really easy to make absolutely delicious.
——Ingredients——
-3 eggs
-1/3 cup sugar
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-1 cup oil
-1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt (I used vanilla)
-1 cup unsweetened coconut
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-2 cups fine semolina (سميد ناعم)
-Almonds and pistachio for the top
:
-Oven temperature 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and the toothpick comes out clean.
-Once out of the oven pour the simple syrup on top and enjoy.

——Simple syrup——
-3 cups sugar
-3 cups water
-1 teaspoon lemon juice
-1 teaspoon of rose water (optional)
——Boil for 12 minutes then let it cool down
