Instructions
Step 1
Cut your bananas into small slices. Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (optional) in a small bowl.
Step 2
Spray cooking spray over a pan and place on low-medium heat.
Step 3
Add your banana slices onto the pan without burning your fingers!
Step 4
Pour half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over your bananas and leave for about 2 minutes or until they are beginning to caramelize.
Step 5
Flip over each banana slice and pour over the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 6
Cook the banana slices in the cinnamon sugar mixture for about 2 more minutes. Then, enjoy!
