Two-ingredient Banana Chips

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 100°C and line a large baking tray.
Step 2
Slice the bananas into coins (around 3-5mm thin) and line them on the baking tray. Drizzle and brush lemon juice on the top of each slice, flip and repeat on the other side. Optionally sprinkle over cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes, flip and bake for a further 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes to allow them to crisp up (if not crispy after cooling, pop back into the oven for a further 15-30 minutes). Enjoy! Store in an air tight container for 1-2 weeks.
