Preheat oven to 390 F
Line a small baking tray with foil (for meatballs)

Peel and cut potatoes and parsnips into bite-sized chunks

Put veg into medium saucepan, cover with water, season with salt

Cook on high heat for 10-12 mins until soft

Drain and return to pan
Step 6
Halve, peel, and finely chop onion

Put onion into large mixing bowl
Step 8
Crumble tortilla chips into onion bowl
Step 9
Add ground beef and allspice to onion mixture
Step 10
Combine beef mixture and shape into 10 balls

Place balls onto lined baking tray and roast for 10-12 mins

Put blackberries into a new mixing bowl with vinegar and sugar

Microwave berry mixture for 3-4 mins on high
Step 14
When cooked, mash potatoes and parsnips. Add sour cream and cheese and continue mashing

Season mash with salt and pepper
