Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut egg roll wrappers into triangles. Set aside.
Step 2
2. In a shallow saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and fry egg roll triangles until golden brown. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
Step 3
3. In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, soy sauce, Sriracha, salt and pepper.
Step 4
4. Add crab, green onions, and 3/4 cup of mozzarella. Stir gently to combine.
Step 5
* Transfer crab rangoon dip to an oven-safe dish.. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Step 6
* Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes, until cheese is brown and bubbly.
Step 7
* Lay egg roll triangles on a large serving tray and drizzle with heated sweet Thai chili sauce. Serve with crab Rangoon dip.
