Ingredients
4 servings

1 poundlump crab meat

1 tablespoonsparsley
chopped

2 tablespoonscilantro
chopped, optional

black pepper
to taste

½ teaspoonginger
ground or fresh

1egg
beaten

3 tablespoonsreal mayonnaise

1lemon
zested and juiced

1 teaspoonworcestershire sauce

1slices of sprouted bread
toasted, cooled and chopped finely in blender or gluten free bread crumbs

Dipping Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mash crab with the parsley, cilantro, black pepper, lemon zest and ginger. Mix in the egg, mayo, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Then, slowly add bread crumbs until it binds (may only need 1 ½ pieces). Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set, then roll into small balls.
Step 2
To cook you can either pan fry each side for about 5 minutes in olive oil or bake at 350°F on a cookie sheet for about 15 minutes or until set and browned.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix together all dipping sauce ingredients and chill until ready to serve and enjoy!
