For the gravy
Instructions
Hamburger steaks
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, listed for your hamburger steaks
Step 2
2. Shape hamburger mixture into desired steak size
Step 3
3. Add hamburger steaks to a well oiled and heated skillet. Brown on both sides then remove leaving the drippings in the skillet
The gravy
Step 4
1. Using the drippings from the hamburger steaks, add Sliced sweet yellow onion, sliced green bell pepper, minced garlic, and bella mushrooms to your skillet. over medium heat, sauté veggies until onions are translucent
Step 5
2. While skillet is still hot, add flour and continue to stir until it browns and makes a “paste like” texture.

3. Add beef broth and water, turn down to low heat and continue to stir while gravy is simmering. If needed add additional water to thin gravy out
Step 7
4. Add in your heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and additional seasonings if needed
Step 8
5. Add hamburger steaks back to the skillet and let simmer for additional 20 mins while covered.
Step 9
6. Plate food and enjoy!
