Easy banana bread with a healthier apple sauce substitute.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325⁰ F
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda) in a medium bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar and apple sauce. Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each egg. Set aside.
Step 4
In a small mixing bowl, mash the bananas to a consistency of your liking. Min in cinnamon, vanilla, and Almondmilk.
Step 5
Combine banana mixture into the large mixing bowl with sugar, apple sauce, and eggs.
Step 6
Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and combine well with a wooden spoon.
Step 7
Mix in dark chocolate chunks. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes. Check with toothpick and add time if toothpick didn't come out clean.
